What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Please email us immediately at hello@sistersole.com. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another one when your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from dispatch. Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do I care for my clogs?

Care instructions vary by material. We recommend wiping suede styles with a dry cloth and using appropriate suede protectors. Patent and gloss styles can be wiped with a damp cloth.
